COR Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please book below or using the MINDBODY app. COR Basic, Gold, and Unlimited Membership cover the costs of these classes. COR Surge

Monday, Wednesday, Fridays
9:45am – 10:45am

12pm – 1pm

Tuesday, Thursday
5:30pm – 6:30pm

COR Surge classes incorporate elements of circuit training, resistance training, movement-based exercises, and functional fitness. Class starts with 10-15 minutes of mobility/range of motion progressions to prepare for the class workload. Clients utilize a variety of unconventional tools such as kettlebells, club bells, BOSU Balls, bands, and body weight throughout the session. Yoga-inspired cool down specific to the work that has been done to decompress at the end of each class. Each class is kept to low numbers to allow for a personal trainer like session in a small group setting.


COR Restore

Tuesday, Thursday
9:45am – 10:45am

The COR Restore class involves the progression of the movement patterns from the simple to the complex utilizing mainly bodyweight movement based exercises. This class encompasses the full range of human movement, incorporating intuitive awareness, integrating structural alignment, synchronizing breath and allowing movement to become unbound in all its degrees of freedom.
